10-Day Cooling-Off Period

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your course purchase, we offer a 10-day cooling-off period starting from the date of enrollment. During this time, you are encouraged to explore the course materials, interact with instructors and fellow students, and assess whether the course meets your expectations.

If you find that the course is not the right fit for you within this 10-day period, you are eligible to request a full refund. We believe this policy allows you to fully experience what Nextversity has to offer with complete peace of mind.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Email Request: Send an email to info@nextversity.com within the 10-day cooling-off period. Please include your name, the course title, and the date of enrollment in your request.
  2. Provide Feedback: While not mandatory, we appreciate any feedback you can provide about your reasons for requesting a refund. Your feedback is invaluable to us in improving our courses and the overall learning experience for all students.
  3. Processing: Once we receive your refund request, our team will process it promptly. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, and funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Eligibility Criteria
Please note that the 10-day cooling-off period applies to all our courses. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within this timeframe. Requests submitted after the 10-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

There are certain circumstances under which a course may not be eligible for a refund, including:

 

  • Requests made after the 10-day cooling-off period.
  • If substantial course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • For courses that include physical products, if the products have been dispatched.
