Certificate problems

The PDF has not arrived

Your certificate is issued and verifiable the moment you pass the exam. The PDF is rendered just afterward, and the page updates itself when it lands, so there is no need to sit refreshing.

If it has still not appeared after a few minutes, email support with the course name. Nothing is lost in the meantime: the certificate already exists and its verification link already works.

The name is wrong

Certificates use the name in your profile settings, captured at the moment you passed. Set it correctly before you finish a course and it comes out right first time.

1.Open account settings and correct your first and last name.2.Email support and say which certificate needs redoing.3.We regenerate it with the corrected name. The credential ID stays the same, so any link you already shared keeps working.

The course is at 100% but there is no certificate

The final exam is almost certainly outstanding. Open the course and look for the Final exam step. If it says it is not open yet, it will list the lessons or quizzes still to do.
