Refund policy

Last updated July 2026 · Plain-English summary first, full terms below each heading.

1. The short version

In short: if something isn't right, tell us within 14 days of a charge.

Email support@nextversity.com within 14 days of any subscription charge you believe was wrong or that you regret, and we'll work it out, usually with a refund of that charge. We'd rather refund a subscription than keep an unhappy learner's money.

2. Cancelling vs refunding

In short: cancelling stops future charges; refunds address past ones.

Cancelling anytime from account settings stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and no refund is needed. Refunds apply to charges already made, within the 14-day window above.

3. Renewals

In short: forgot to cancel before a renewal? Ask.

If a renewal charged before you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge. If you haven't meaningfully used the service since the renewal, we'll refund it.

4. What refunds cover

In short: subscription charges. Certificates and progress are never taken back.

Refunds apply to subscription payments. Certificates you earned and course progress you made remain yours regardless. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
