1. What we collect

In short: what you give us, plus the minimum needed to run the service.

When you contact us or request a course guide, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone if you provide it, and your message. When the learning platform launches for your account, we also hold your login details, course progress and certificates. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

2. How we use it

In short: to reply to you, run your subscription, and send things you asked for.

We use your details to answer questions, deliver the course guides you request, operate your account and subscription, and (if you opted in) send occasional course updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time.

3. What we never do

In short: we don't sell your data.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate Nextversity (such as payment and email processors), under contracts that limit what they can do with it, or where the law requires.

4. Cookies and local storage

In short: this website currently uses essential browser storage only.

The marketing site stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser and sets no advertising or analytics cookies today. If that changes, the cookie policy will change first and visibly. Details: see the cookie policy.

5. Your choices and rights

In short: ask us what we hold, fix it, or have it deleted.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep, like tax records). Email support@nextversity.com and a real person will handle it.

6. Security and retention

In short: we keep data only as long as it earns its place.

Personal information is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest, and retained only while you have an account or an open enquiry with us, plus any period the law requires.
