Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment automatically. Your full invoice history lives in the billing portal, and every invoice there downloads as a PDF.

Tax invoices

Invoices for Australian billing addresses show the GST included in the total. If a first invoice shows the total without a separate tax line, or you need a business name or tax number added, email support and we will reissue it.

If a receipt never arrived

• Check spam, and check whether you paid with a different email address than the one you log in with.
• The billing portal has the full history either way, so nothing is ever lost.
• Update your billing email in the portal so future receipts go to the right place.
